CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment we require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are due at the time of booking and will be applied to the total cost of your service the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule, you can make changes without penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and serve all of our clients efficiently.
